FOODIE CALL

I need to buy some white plates.
Nothing amuses me more than when people complain about not having time to make a square meal for themselves or their family.

Last weekend, I was able to make a Filet Mignon (perfectly rare, by the way) with a port wine reduction, served on a bed of flash-boiled spinach in under 25 minutes.

It was so choice.
