FOODIE CALL

I started with some Olive Oil, lots of fresh Garlic,
and 1 grated Carrot . . .

. . . then I added a diced yellow onion and lots of
fresh Basil, Roma Tomatoes and reduced it (which took
about 45 to 60 minutes)

. . . then I ran a hand blender through it

. . . to come up with this awesome dinner
100% vegan, 100% gluten-free, 100% delicious.

Damn, I'm good.
