IT'S GONNA HAPPEN, WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT
With a 25-22 vote in favor, Maryland becomes the 8th state to allow same-sex marriage. Governor Martin O'Malley has said he will sign the bill when it arrives on his desk.
