This is little 3-year old Paisley Dickey, and she competes in child pageants. Paisley was recently featured on TLC white trash chronicles known as Toddlers and Tiaras.
In a recent competition, Paisley's mom dressed her up as hooker, via Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, and she paraded up and down the stage seductively in a mini-skirt, thigh-high boots and a wig.
She won.
Disgusting.
Curiously, the group OneMillionMoms, who have been so vocal about transgendered Dancing With The Stars contestant Chaz Bono and are working to have him thrown off the show to "protect the children," have been pretty silent on this whole "3-year old dressed up as a hooker" thing.
