So I FINALLY saw La Vie En Rose last night and thought it was pretty damned amazing. Marion Cotillard's performance as Edith Piaf won her the Oscar in 2008. It's pretty rare when the Oscar goes to the right actor for the right performance. Marion was the dark horse that year and not expected to win and after seeing the film, I believe it would have been a TRAVESTY if she hadn't won.
