There are few soups I love more than a good Tortilla Soup.
The best ever served to me was at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess during a weekend spa visit a few years back, and I haven't been able to find a place with a similar recipe.
Does anyone know of a local eatery where I can get a bowl?
