It's so nice to see the Securities and Exchange Commission finally grow a set of balls and do what it was created to do in the first place. The SEC was established in 1934 to regulate Wall Street brokerages following the market's crash in 1929.Having worked nearly 20 years in the securities industry, I witnessed the wanton greed first hand, so I can't wait to see how the fraud investigation of Goldman Sachs plays out.
