So Ryan and I gave the tacos served in the "Gapeteria" a try this afternoon instead of heading over to the beloved taco truck. Probably a wise choice, as I'm sure the great weather outside made for a long line.It was ALMOST the same recipe (and a pretty damn good substitute as well), but I think I'll ask for more salsa next time.
