Operating under the guise that it was a First Amendment issue, Senator Roy Blunt (R) Mo., was caught trying to bury within a transportation bill, an amendment that would allow Catholic hospitals, universities, and charities to avoid insurance coverage they find morally objectionable, i.e., birth control.
