Venerable North Beach watering hole TOSCA turns 90 today. I'm thinking Cookie and Irving may stop in for the local speciality: the House Cappucino. It's Ghiradelli Chocolate with steamed milk and a shot of Brandy.Sounds like the perfect winter drink to me and a perfect way to pass the evening.
