A report funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has confirmed that 85 percent of the ice that made up the mountaintop glaciers in 1912 was gone by 2007. Also, as if that news wasn't bad enough, more than 25 percent of the ice that was there in 2000, was also gone by 2007.It's so sad to be sitting here, watching the earth slowly come to an end.
