The old AT&T Building at 140 New Montgomery Street.
One of the nicer-looking buildings in downtown San Francisco, it was designed by local architect Timothy Pfleuger, who also designed the long-shuttered New Mission Theatre on Mission Street and the Castro Theatre on Castro Street.
