So San Francisco mayoral candidate Bevan Dufty thinks the reason the no-show rate for Muni operators is so high is because they are unhappy with their jobs. His solution is to bring in Life Coaches, so said drivers "can step into their greatness."
Life Coaches? Seriously?? Step into their greatness???
This is why San Francisco is such a punchline, and this is why I will not be voting for Bevan Dufty.
Oh, and while I'm here, I also have a solution for the high no-show rate for Muni operators:
Fire 'em!
Seriously, there are plenty of folks out there looking for work, and I'm sure many of them would make great Muni employees.
