Shari Miller used to enjoy ribbing me whenever she saw me in my first pair of boat shoes. They weren't the name brand Sperry Top-Siders that all the other cool kids were wearing.
She liked to call them "Pseudo-Siders."

It wasn't long before I bought a pair of the real thing and when she was saw me in them, Shari became quite excited and said "Scott, you're a real preppy now."
My new pair of Sperry Top-Siders Stingrays arrived yesterday and they feel so good, can't wait to wear 'em.
