So found myself at the Alemany Farmers Market with Heidi, Paul, and John yesterday morning, and this is what I walked away with:
6 lbs. heirloom tomatoes
2 lbs. nectarines
2 large heads of red leaf lettuce
5 large avocados
Total cost: $19.50
All of it local, all of it organic.
I'll never shop anywhere else for produce ever again.
