So I spent a recent afternoon with local mezzo-soprano extraordinaire Heidi, who showed me how she makes her almost world-famous jams. I was very surprised to see how simple a process it was, and can't wait to jump in and get started with my own jam ideas.

This particular days' batch was Organic Apricot with Cointreau, which could easily be described with just one simple word:

HEAVEN.
