Reality TV douchebags Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were on "THE VIEW" again this morning(heidi was a special guest host). One of the "Hot Topics" discussed was the new "no sex in dorms when your roommate is present" rule instituted at Tufts University.Heidi went on to discuss how this wasn't an issue at her college and when asked what college that was, her reply was:
"Academy of Art University"
