Today's pooper-scooper shout out goes to Kyle for this amusing story out of Louisiana.Opelousas police say Frank Lahay exposed himself in the public hallway of the St. Landry Parish Courthouse, and began to perform sexual acts on himself, in full public view.
This went on for over an hour before a secretary, who worked in the building, realized what was going on and had the man arrested after notifying her supervisor.
