It's time he come back and deal with this once and for all. He settled financially with his victim back in the mid-90's but has yet to make payment. Mr. Polanski needs to make good on that as well, considering his victim has spoken out on his behalf many times.
Yes, there are more important criminals that the Department of Justice could be pursuing (um, how about OSAMA BIN LADEN, hello), but this needs to be put to rest once and for all.
