Recalling non-essential cellphones and automobiles from state workers, cutting the governor's office budget by 25%, flying Southwest Airlines (without a security entourage), issuing a state-wide government hiring freeze, and all done within the first four weeks of office?
These may not sound like much, considering the insanely out of control state deficit, but it's a great start and proof that "Governor Moonbeam" isn't playing around.
Jerry Brown kicks ass! So glad to see my vote (and endorsement) was not wasted.
