Hudspeth County Judge Becky Dean-Walker has rejected the prosecutors suggestion that country music legend Willie Nelson resolve his case by pleading guilty and paying a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. Nelson was arrested by border patrol agents after they found six ounces of Marijuana on his tour bus.
The Texas judge said that the prosecutor hasn't done that for any other suspect.
Give me a break. Don't law enforcement officials have better things to do than chasing around senior citizens looking to spark up?
