Hayes Valley is a never-ending source of amazement.Once a rundown, crime-ridden ghetto with a double-decker freeway running through it, Hayes Valley is now a destination neighborhood with several good restaurants, interesting shops, and this piece of street art.
I have to admit, when San Francisco gets it right, it really gets it right.
