NANNY STATE

The City of San Francisco became the butt of many jokes, when the Board of Stupidvisors decided to ban the free toys that come with kids meals served at fast food restaurants. The toys could be included in the meals for free if restaurants offered healthy alternatives within those meals.

Yeah, because the BOS just had nothing else to do the day they came up with that stupid rule.

Well, to get around that rule, city area McDonalds announced yesterday they were going to charge 10 cents for the toys, and then use that money to build a new Ronald McDonald House near the Mission Bay campus of UCSF.

Awesome.
