FEED ME, SEYMOUR


Actually, I fed myself.

I made WAY more of this Butternut Squash soup than I had planned (made quite a mess as well), but it was worth it.

It's a very easy recipe, just some vegetable stock, steamed butternut squash (later mashed into a pulp), and a yellow onion sauteed in butter. I toss in a splash of heavy cream and season with a little sea salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

So choice.
