White judges and Black judges often rule against defendants of their own race every single day and their impartiality does not get called into question.The losing side of the Proposition 8 (same-sex marriage) battle is now screaming louder than a room full of wet cats because the judge who yesterday overturned the gay marriage ban is gay, and feel that his ruling is tainted since he has a personal interest in the outcome of the case.
(sigh) Talk about sore losers.
Just for the record, Judge Vaughn Walker is a Republican AND was appointed to the bench by President George Herbert Walker Bush.
