I don't think we'll see something as dramatic as this scene, but it's good to have read that a plan to bring something like it to "The City" is in the works.
Called the "Daylight Plan," the California Public Utilities Commission plans to bring long-buried creeks and riverbeds in San Francisco back to the surface, some of which were moved underground in the mid-1800's, as San Francisco was being developed.
Very nice.
