ΜΕ ΤΑΪΣΤΕ, SEYMOUR

Choir nerds Heidi, Kim, and I met up for Heidi's (don't ask which one) birthday at Papa's Taverna, a truly AUTHENTIC Greek restaurant now owned by fellow choir nerd Glynnis and her husband Ted. The three of us had the Shank of Lamb, which was washed back with several Sapphire and tonics.

Although we did use them, dining utensils were not needed, as the meat was so tender it fell right off the bone and practically melted in our mouths.

So delicious and so HIGHLY recommended.

  1. Greek restaurants be right up my alley. My birthday tradition is Kokkari but this looks more authentic and like the places in Greektown in Detroit.
