FEED ME, SEYMOUR

"I came across a recipe for sake-steamed chicken on Japanesefoodreport.com, a Web site by Harris Salat, whose forthcoming book, 'The Japanese Grill: From Classic Yakitori to Steak, Seafood, and Vegetables,' written with Tadashi Ono, comes out in April."

"I couldn’t get the dish out of my mind. He made it sound compelling: exotic, aromatic and tender."

The above is from an article by Melissa Clark in the  New York Times, and like Ms. Clark, I can't get this dish out of my mind, as well.
