What if you gave a party and no only did everyone you invite show up, but they brought along a friend or two as well?

Bridge officials estimated that 50,000 people would come celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the landmark crossing.

Instead, 500,000 showed up and if you look closely at the picture I took after I made it to the San Francisco side, you'll see the middle of the bridge is flat.

Yikes.
