Just looking at this picture makes me sick to my stomach.
Available at Denny's, the latest addition to their menu is a sandwich filled with grilled prime rib, french fries, melted Swiss and American cheese, mayonnaise and brown gravy.
They call it the Midwestern Meat & Potatoes Sandwich, but I think they should have called it the Eat Shit and Die Sandwich.
So gross.
