I don't know why he didn't just own up to the fact that not only is this a picture of Anthony Weiner's penis, but that he did, in fact, send it out himself.
Smart, effective and incredibly passionate, the democratic congressman from New York City has lost credibility and I'm not sure how effective a representative he can be. I don't know if he needs to step down, but House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has now called for an ethics investigation. That's not a good sign. It's also been suggested there are more revealing photos floating around out there.
A sad end to an otherwise promising politcal future.
