I'm not sure how much the research staff for presidential candidate Michele Bachmann is being paid, but it seems the Tea Baggin' favourite isn't getting much bang for her buck.
Ms. Bachmann recently announced her candidacy for higher office in her hometown of Waterloo, Iowa, which according to Ms. Bachmann, is the same town where John Wayne is from.
Um, you might want to double-check that one. Oh wait, I've already done it for you.
Actor John Wayne is an Iowa native, but was born in the town of Winterset, which is 150 miles away. She seems to have confused the oscar-winning actor with serial child killer John Wayne Gacy, who was, in fact, a former resident of Waterloo. This is also, by the way, the same FOX News interview where Chris Wallace asked if Bachmann was "a flake."
Oh boy, this is going to be a fun political season.
